As digital marcom expert, founder of We love communities and co-founder of IncludeNow. and WomenTalkTech, I’ve noticed that a lot of companies have difficulties to successfully leverage communities in order to achieve, maintain and grow their business. They just don’t know how to do it. I am convinced communities are needed for the creative industry to stay relevant. Communities strengthen us. Therefore I am writing a book about the power of communities. To help others to start and activate a successful community to create a positive impact and grow their business. Besides that, as a digital strategist and consultant, I am helping directors with their digital transformation.
People around me say that I am energetic, inspiring and decisive. I am not afraid to think outside of the conventional box and am creative in problem-solving. I also am reliable, emphatic and a connector. Other than my work, I like to ride a motorbike, dance and kickbox. Kickboxing has unexpectedly taught me a lot about myself: how I react to others, what my strategy is and how I can push my boundaries without going past them. “Out of your comfort zone is where the magic begins”.
